Recognizing the passion and dedication of writers who are truly committed to the creative craft, Mellonstein Publishing Haus seeks to support authors who are driven to share their written works with the world. As an elite publishing haus, we have expanded our literary focus to include fiction, non-fiction, poetry, children’s literature written for and/or by children, and academic research publications.

 

Founded by publisher and educator Dr. Schandra Rodriguez-Conti, Mellonstein Publishing Haus grew from a deeply personal journey in writing and publishing. More than 15 years ago, Dr. Rodriguez-Conti self-published her first collection of short stories. Shortly thereafter, the haus published its second title — a children’s book created for a children’s author. Since then, Mellonstein Publishing Haus has evolved into a distinguished publishing company featuring a specialized graphics and design department dedicated to producing visually compelling works alongside meaningful literary content.

 

Dr. Rodriguez-Conti has devoted more than 30 years to the field of education. Her current academic and professional focus centers on the publication and development of a cognitive reading and writing program designed to strengthen literacy, comprehension, and intellectual engagement.

Dr. Rodriguez-Conti attributes much of her creativity, discipline, and success to her father, “Leo,” who nurtured her love of language at an early age by teaching her the alphabet not only from A to Z, but also from Z to A.
